At Word on Fire, we are committed to your satisfaction and offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel and accessories. Please ensure items remain in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
